1. Overview

MDCAT Prep Pakistan (mdcatprep.com) offers both free content and premium subscription plans. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for paid subscription plans purchased through our website. All payments are processed securely via PayFast (by Apps Net PK).

2. Free Content

A significant portion of our MCQs, practice tests, and study materials is available completely free of charge. No payment or subscription is required to access free content. This refund policy applies only to paid subscription plans.

3. Subscription Plan — Refund Eligibility

We offer a single premium subscription plan at PKR 1,500/month. This plan is eligible for a full refund if requested within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of purchase, provided the premium features have not been substantially used.

After the 3-day refund window has passed, the subscription fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period.

4. Auto-Renewal & Recurring Billing

Subscription plans may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged automatically using the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Auto-renewal charges: Eligible for a refund if requested within 3 days (72 hours) of the auto-renewal charge.
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of a billing cycle after cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Subscriptions where the 3-day refund window has expired
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use
• Promotional, discounted, or free-trial subscriptions (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase)
• Any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees, transaction fees)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Include your full name, registered email address, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request
• Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method used at the time of purchase via PayFast.

If the original payment method is unavailable or if the payment provider imposes limitations on refunds, we reserve the right to issue the refund via an alternative method such as bank transfer.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

Our website may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense). Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party. MDCAT Prep Pakistan is not responsible for any purchases, subscriptions, or payments made through third-party advertisements. For refunds related to third-party services, please contact the respective provider directly.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our paid services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
