MDCAT Sindh 2026: Sukkur IBA paper guide
In Sindh the MDCAT has moved between conducting bodies: DUHS in 2022 and 2024, then Sukkur IBA Testing Services (SIBA) in 2025 and 2026. Here are the real Sindh papers and practice MCQs in the current SIBA style.
Same syllabus, Sindh paper
Every province sits the same PMDC paper format: 180 MCQs in 3 hours, no negative marking — Biology 81 (45%), Chemistry 45 (25%), Physics 36 (20%), English 9 (5%), Logical Reasoning 9 (5%). The syllabus is the single PMDC uniform curriculum; there is no separate Sindh syllabus. What differs is who writes the questions, and so the style, wording and emphasis of the paper.

- 2024: DUHS on 22 September 2024; after leak allegations, SIBA Testing Services re-held it on 8 December 2024.

The SIBA 2025 paper is very close to the national pattern: mid-length stems, few statement-type questions, and about a third of Physics and Chemistry questions need a calculation. Earlier DUHS papers were 200 MCQs and used a 5-option format in 2022.
